Getting Started with SafeSite

The SafeSite mobile app is an integral part of the Virtual Superintendent platform and is available as a free download for Apple and Android smartphones.

Subcontractors use SafeSite to create and submit electronic dockets that record the work performed for a head contractor each day.

Electronic dockets remove the need for paper-based processes, making it faster to capture work completed, track costs, and support accurate invoicing. By using electronic dockets, contractors can reduce administration time and help prevent disputes caused by missing or incomplete records.

At the end of the shift, the electronic docket can be submitted directly to the Supervisor with a single tap, ensuring records are delivered promptly and are not lost.
