Sign in to SafeSite From a Docket Station
If you have an independent QR code linked to your SafeSite account, such as a QR code on your site card, you can use it to sign in to a SafeSite Docket Station. You can also use the QR code to transfer your SafeSite account to another device.
Note: An administrator can link the QR code for you, or you can link it yourself. See the Link a QR code to a SafeSite account help article for details. Your independent QR code must be linked to your SafeSite account before you can use it to sign in.

Sign In to a Docket Station
To sign in to a docket station:
- Tap Create Docket on the Docket Station home screen.
- Tap Scan Site Card.
- Scan the QR code linked to your SafeSite account.
- Answer each of the Fit For Work questions with a Yes or No. These questions are used to indicate your physical and mental fitness to work safely.
- Complete the plant checklist if prompted, recording the condition of each item listed by tapping Yes to indicate the item is in good condition. If an item is faulty, tap No and add a note describing the fault in the Notes field.
- Enter the required docket details.
- Tap Submit. After you submit the docket, SafeSite signs you out and returns to the Docket Station home screen.
Note: You have five minutes to complete and submit your docket. A timer at the top of the screen shows the remaining time. If you don't submit the docket within five minutes, SafeSite signs you out and returns to the Docket Station home screen.
